| Return Airfare, transportation to and from ski area and Vancouver Airport pickup and dropoff, meals, beverages, laundry, airport taxes, passport and visa costs, medical insurance and travel insurance, demo skis, costs caused by weather or any other circumstances beyond the control of Dempsey Tours Inc. Mike Dempsey, the tour operator or it's principals or agent. |

| CURRENCY AND ADJUSTMENTS |
| All costs in this brochure are based on currency exchange rates as of March 30, 2004 and are subject to adjustment with or without notice according to the value of the various currencies at the time of final payment. |

| PASSPORT AND VISA |
| You will need a current passport. Visa requirements should be checked prior to departure. If you plan to work in Canada after your course be sure you have the correct visa. Any jobs in Canada working with children will require a special visa to be issued on arrival often needing a medical. More information on this can be obtained at the Canadian Immigration website |

| SPENDING MONEY |
| Depending on personal requirements, additional daily spending requirements for meals, etc. should not exceed an average of CAN$55 per day. For these extra costs it may be convenient to have a suitable credit/debit card or travellers checques (Canadian and U.S. funds only). |

| INSURANCE |
| Travel, accident and medical insurance is mandatory for all persons participating in Mike Dempsey Tours. Insurance that covers activities such as racing and terrain park use under the supervision of an instructor is recommended. |

| CANCELLATIONS/LAND COST |
| If you cancel prior to 90 days before departure, a cancellation of CAN$50 will be charged. This fee will increase to CAN$650 per person for bookings cancelled from 90 to 60 days prior to the scheduled departure dates. Cancellation under 60 days prior to the scheduled departure will be subject to cancellation fees up to the total amount paid. |

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

Activities involved in a Dempsey Course generally and, in particular, vehicle transportation to and from the airport, skiing, snowboarding and other mountain sport activities, involve many risks, dangers and hazards. In recognition of all such risks, dangers and hazards all participants are requested to read and are required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement before participating in a Dempsey Course. This agreement will affect your legal rights should you be injured or involved in an accident.
